Trailer Rental - $95/day with a $100 deposit

All Guests are required to register name and vehicle
Daily Guest Charge is $3.00 per person (in your unit)
Overnight Guest Charge is $5.00 per person (in your unit). If guests put up another unit such as a car or tent, then the rate would start at $31.00. There is no registration charge for children.

CHECK OUT TIME
24 hours after Check-in-Time (Overtime rate $2.00/hr.)
Saturday arrivals will be charged to 5:00 pm Sunday.
There is no additional charge for swimming.

Storage Rate - $30.00 per month (pre-paid) Unit must be in ready to move condition or additional charge will be added. Daily storage: $2.50 per day.
On site storage: $5.00 per day (4 day limit)
(Memorial Weekend thru Columbus Weekend)

The pool opens for every day operation from the start of Memorial Weekend through Labor Day.

RESERVATIONS

(Reservations will be held until 8pm of arrival date, unless we are notified of a late arrival.)

Deposits are Required for Holiday Weekends: A $50.00 non refundable Deposit is Required within 7 days from date Reservation was made.

When 3 units or more make a non-holiday Reservation:
A $25 Deposit For each unit is required Within 7 days.
ALL RESERVATIONS HAVE A 2 DAY MINIMUM CHARGE

Memorial & Labor Day weekends are a 3 day minimum charge.
Columbus Days is a 2 day minimum charge.
4th of July holiday may vary.
(No Fireworks with Report)

On site utilities will be charged on "deposit required" weekends.
